1. Job Posting Packages

KwikHire offers once-off job posting packages designed for businesses of all sizes:

Each job post is valid for the number of days listed in the selected package from the publishing date. Expired posts will be archived automatically. Unused posts stay in your account until used or the package period ends.

2. Payments and Access

Payment must be made in full and in advance before any job post can go live. Once payment is confirmed, your account will be credited with the selected job slots. All payments are non-refundable unless a technical issue prevents posting.

3. Account Responsibility

Employers are responsible for maintaining accurate company and contact information. KwikHire is not liable for post expirations, miscommunication, or job listing errors caused by incorrect information.

4. Content Guidelines

All job listings must be truthful, lawful, and accurate. Scam-related or illegal content will be removed without notice or refund. Accounts may be banned for violations.

5. Platform Usage

Any exploitation, misuse, or reverse-engineering of the platform will result in immediate suspension and loss of access without refund.

6. Modifications

KwikHire reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement with the latest version.
